If you like it chocolaty and creamy at the same time you will really like our chocolate bars which are in 3 versions: dark with cranberries - sweetened with xylitol, milky 68 % - sweetened with stevia and roasted almonds and 59 % plain with coconut milk - sweetened with xylitol.
These beans come from Kaithapara, a village in the district of Idukki. Due to the large mountains and stable climate, cacao was already available there in the 18th century, brought from the Indonesian island of Amboyna. Different varieties of cacao - especially the Forastero type - were introduced to Kerala. This cocoa from Kaithapara is a real Indian treasure.
