Our new Raw Biscuits are part of our newly developed raw food line. These biscuits are very delicious and a real treat. You'll be surprised by this fantastic biscuit creation with black currants and coconut.
Our standard and original collections are always lower in carbs, gluten free, vegan and no added sugar at all and no dates, fructose, fruit or other sugar like coconut sugar, honey, agave nectar or maple syrup. Why? Because we wanted to create products that are blood-sugar level friendly and suitable for people with diabetes.
Blood sugar level problems can cause all kinds of health issues and scientists are constantly discovering new data concerning what blood sugar level instability and too much insulin can cause.
In this NEW collection we have done an exception in the sense of allowing a higher carbohydrate content into our nutritional values, but have chosen the best, gluten free ingredients like buckwheat, coconut flour and we have added some fruit and veggies but have still exactly paid attention to lower sugar percentages to stay true to our original philosophy.
All these products are organic and raw and contain absolutely no added sugar, except for fruit and veggies and in some cases erythritol.
