Our cocoa beans come from the picturesque village of Kaithapara in the Idukki district of India, where cacao plants have thrived since the 18th century. Introduced from the Indonesian island of Amboyna, this cocoa – particularly the Forastero variety – is a true treasure from Kerala.
Our chocolate is not only delicious but also ideal for those who wish to eat consciously. Without added sugar, gluten-free, vegan, and with reduced carbohydrate content, they are perfect for people with food intolerances or diabetics who want to indulge without guilt.
