November recipe 

This chocolate avocado pudding recipe is an easy healthy treat, 100% sugar-free and paleo, keto and vegan. It is creamy, rich and decadent. It is based on avocado with cacao, vanilla and almond butter providing a delicious flavour.  

 

Serves 2 
Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:
-1 large ripe avocado
-50g full-fat coconut milk
-15g cacao
-1 tsp-1 tbsp stevia or Erythritol to sweeten
-1 tbsp Elly Momberg almond butter spread
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-pinch salt

Toppings:
-1 tbsp chia seeds
-1 tbsp flaked almonds
-Elly Momberg coconut milk cream chocolate

Method:
-Mash the avocado in a bowl. Then add the coconut milk, cacao, salt, vanilla, stevia and almond butter and stir until smooth and well combined. You can also blend the mixture in a food processor.
-Spoon into two small dessert bowls and you can either eat as it is or refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up. Top with chia seeds, flaked almonds and grated Elly Momberg coconut milk chocolate. Tuck in!
